What does " 8GB Bandwidth " compared to " 10GB Bandwidth "?

What does theses bandwidths mean? I am to apply for a web hosting service. Thanks, whats the difference between the two?

10 GB means visitors could download 10 GB altogether from your hosting server per month. 10 GB is better.

gb stands for gigabyte and the difference would be the 10 gb is 2 gb faster

Reply:I would assume that that rate would be what the hosting service would allow to be downloaded per month from their servers that is hosting your website. Obviously, 10GB would be 2GB more than the 8GB.

The diffrence between 8GB and 10GB is simply how much traffic you sites going to be able to cope with. If theres a question of higher/lower prices here, consider, is your site going to have a lot of visits? That is, will it be a big site? If so, you'll want as much bandwith as possible, if it's a site you don't expect to get big, the lower bandwith is proborly a better idea
